'rare food' means a food that has a rarity index between 90 and 100.

As you may know, your pet may not eat the gourmet food available, this is because of a code system that neo have introduced, and it has something to do with the amount of letters in each item and in your pets name,
TRY changing the language to Spanish, this makes the item have a different amount of letters in it and usual allows your pet to eat it :)
